Before I get too far into all of this bloggyness, I first want to remove any potential conflict of interest by stating the following: I am involved directly in the Buffalo Community Development Corporation. I am one of a handful of founders and will from time to time talk about BCDC on this blog. I am doing this in the spirit of full disclosure just in case I get to carried away while potentially speaking of the inner workings of BCDC.
